Mary Turner (B.S. and M.S. degrees from Juilliard School of Music) teaches reading, technique, theory, and elements of musical interpretation with an individualized approach to students ages 5-18.
Exceptions are considered.
Competition-bound students are welcome, as well as those seeking only a serious general education.

Student Performances
The player below has recordings of Mary's student Roy Huang playing two pieces from his first-place winning program for the 2014 DMTA Young Artist Competition. Instructor Performance Also included is a recently restored professional recording of Mary Turner playing Beethoven's Sonata in C minor, Op. 111. It was recorded in 1981 by Frank Konhaus at Duke University; the open-reel tape was restored and digitized by George Blood Audio, L.P. in 2014, and final editing was done by Ithildin Consulting Audio Services (Brendan Walters) in 2015.
